Return and Warranty Policy

At EvoStore, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality products and a seamless shopping experience. This policy is in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2075 (2018) of Nepal.

1. General Return Conditions

Final Sale: All sales are considered final once the product has been opened and/or registered. We cannot accept returns for products where the original packaging has been opened and the device has been activated or registered, as this renders the product non-resalable as new.
Proof of Purchase: A valid original invoice is mandatory for all return and warranty claims.

2. Defective Product (Within 7 Days of Purchase)

Eligibility: If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect within 7 days from the original date of purchase, you are eligible for a replacement.
Replacement is subject to confirmation of the defect and presentation of the original purchase receipt or invoice.
Exclusions: This policy does not cover defects caused by misuse, accidental damage (drops, spills), unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

3. Product Faults (After 7 Days of Purchase)

If a fault or defect is detected in the product after 7 days from the original date of purchase, the issue will be processed under the manufacturer's warranty.

Eligibility: Products are covered under the standard manufacturer's warranty as provided by Apple. The warranty period begins from the date of purchase.
The unit will be processed for a warranty claim according to Apple’s official warranty guidelines. This typically involves the repair or replacement of defective parts. A full unit replacement is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of the manufacturer's warranty terms.
Warranty Exclusions: Warranty claims will be void if the product has been subjected to unauthorized modification, repair, or service; physical damage (e.g., liquid damage, broken screens); or use with non-original accessories.

Please Note:

This policy applies only to products purchased from an authorized EvoStore outlet in Nepal.
The final decision on all claims rests with EvoStore and its certified technical team.
EvoStore reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
