Since Apple
acquired Beats in 2014, each new generation of Beats headphones and earbuds has
gotten increasingly integrated into Apple's ecosystem. The Beats Studio Buds,
on the other hand, do away with Apple's H1 and W1 chips in favor of a more
universal experience that works with both Apple and Android smartphones.
Which means that
Android users can finally experience the Beats brand with a device that works
seamlessly with their phones.
The new Beats
studio buds come with a light and portable casing, IPX4 water-resistant buds,
and active noise cancellation (ANC) and transparency modes, as well as active
noise cancellation (ANC). This set of buds can be taken anywhere by students.
They take up very little space, charge quickly, and are less expensive than
Apple's AirPods and AirPods Pro.
But what Beats
has done this time is actually pretty nice, even if you are in the Apple
ecosystem the pairing process is pretty simple: pushing the pairing button on
the case sends a pop-up notice to your nearest Android handset, similar to how
AirPods and Beats pair to Apple devices. To acquire battery information, locate
your headphones, or access the Beats app, go to Bluetooth settings and click on
the Beats Studio Buds. This couldn't have been any easier.
Workout enthusiasts
will appreciate the non-slip function,
as well as the lightweight sensation it provides with 5.1 gms which fits
comfortably in your ears without the worry of falling out even during intense
workouts. It also comes with three sizes of silicone ear tips, so most people
should be able to attain a tight seal.
The universal control button on each bud that is easy to access on the
move and with a tap, you can finally listen to your favorite fitness music and
enjoy immersive listening. Ain’t that the dream?
When it comes to
call quality, the Beats studio buds' two beam-forming mics deliver high
accuracy. If you spend the majority of your time on call, Studio buds have you
covered. For those working from home, busy streets, boiler room noises, construction
noises, or white noises won't interfere with your ability to hear through the
Studio buds during calls. With this feature, you won't have to keep nodding if
you didn't hear what your colleague was saying.
Moreover, the
Studio buds deliver a powerful 5 hours of active noise cancelling listening
time, 8 hours of non-noise cancelling listening time, and 24 hours of regular
listening time.
The Studio buds
are currently available in three colors: the famous white ones that LeBron
James was seen wearing, Red, and classic Black, as well as a USB-C charging
cable. It's encouraging to see Apple gradually phase out the lighting cable.
If the pricing and Beats
branding are right for you, go ahead and order the Studio Buds and try them out
for yourself. Overall, there is a lot to like about these earbuds, so you won't
experience buyer's remorse.
